Terms of Service
Last updated June 15, 2026
By using Sakura Cinema you agree to these terms. Sakura Cinema is an interface that organizes publicly available metadata and links to third-party players — it is not a content host.
1. What Sakura Cinema is
Sakura Cinema provides a catalog browser and a player frame. We do not store, upload, transcode or distribute any media. When you press play, content is delivered by an independent third-party provider through an embed. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, that provider's content, availability or legality in your region.
2. Acceptable use
- Use the service for personal, non-commercial discovery only.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or circumvent the service.
- Comply with all laws that apply to you, including local copyright rules.
3. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Listings, links and players may be inaccurate, unavailable or change without notice.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sakura Cinema and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any third-party content reached through it.
5. Intellectual property
Trademarks, posters and artwork belong to their respective owners. Metadata is provided by TMDB. Rights holders should review our DMCA Policy.
6. Changes
We may modify or discontinue the service, or update these terms, at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Sakura Cinema hosts no media. All titles are streamed from third-party providers via embeds. Questions? File a takedown ticket or see our other policies.
