Sakura Cinema does not host, store, or upload any media. Everything you see is pulled from third-party providers and shown through embeds — nothing is stored on our servers.
1. We are not a host
All content displayed on Sakura Cinema is third-party connected. We index publicly available metadata (from TMDB) and embed players operated by independent providers. We do not control, store, or upload the underlying video files — they reside on the third-party provider, not on our infrastructure.
2. What we can do
Even though we host nothing, we take rights seriously. If a specific listing links to material you own, we can remove that listing / disable the embed on our interface so it no longer points to the work, and refer you to the upstream provider that actually hosts the file.
3. Filing a notice
The fastest route is our takedown ticket form. A valid notice should include the work, the exact URL on our interface, your contact info, a good-faith statement, and your electronic signature.
4. Misleading or false notices
Please file honestly. If a DMCA takedown request is found to be false or misleading, we will take action — under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Abusive or bad-faith claims will be rejected and may be reported.
5. Counter-notification
If a listing was disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same form, explaining why. We will review it in good faith.
Sakura Cinema hosts no media. All titles are streamed from third-party providers via embeds. Questions? File a takedown ticket or see our other policies.
